1. How to Order

You can place your order in one of two ways:

• Through our website at (www.sakuralifestyle.com):  Orders placed here are processed and confirmed via e-mail. We will then contact you (via WhatsApp) to schedule a convenient delivery time and ensure delivery to your specified address. 
• Via WhatsApp:  Simply send us a message via WhatsApp (+59996849849) or send us a DM with the product(s) or items you’d like to order. We’ll confirm your order and contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time and ensure delivery to your specified address.
  
  

2. Order Confirmation

• For website orders, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
• For DM orders, we will confirm your order via WhatsApp or Direct message (DM).

 

Delivery policy

• Delivery Time: We offer local deliveries three times a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. After placing your order, we will be contacting you within 24 hours to schedule the delivery.
• Delivery Fees: Free delivery
• Deliveries are typically made between 10 AM – 6 PM on appointment

 

Try- on deliveries 

1.     You’ll have the opportunity to try on your purchased clothing upon delivery. Our service includes a 15-minute fitting period to ensure everything meets your expectations.
