Refund policy

1. Returns
Items may be returned within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In its original state. Items must be unworn, unused, and free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
- Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt).
2. Refund
We do not offer cash or bank refunds. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in accordance with our return policy. Approved returns will be issued as store credit (tegoed).
How Store Credit Works:
- Store credit will be issued in the value of the returned item(s).
- It can be used toward any future purchase of equal or higher value.
- Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date it is issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal care products (scrubs, oils, herbs etc.)
- Home décor items
- Accessories (hats, glasses, bags, belts etc.)
- Swimwear
- Custom or special orders
4. Exchanges
If you received an item that contains a factory defect, we’ll gladly exchange it.
- Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase with the item.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange the exchange.
